We believe parents are the most powerful spiritual influence in a child’s life. Out of the approximate 40 hours a year we spend with your kids, parents will spend over 3,000!! It’s very clear to us that parents have the primary responsibility to apprentice their kids in the way of Christ (Deuteronomy 6).

As a team, we are committed to equipping parents to be their child’s primary spiritual coach. Through take home tools and other family resources, parents are empowered to teach their kids how to model their life after the practices of Jesus.

We are also committed to providing kids with age appropriate learning environments where loving K.C. team members will help them find their place in God’s Story.

We offer the following Kids’ Community spaces during the 10am Sunday Worship Gathering:

  • Infant/Toddlers: Our little ones experience Christ’s love from caring volunteers and in a safe, clean and fun environment where they can play and grow.
  • Pre-School: (Orange Group:  Ages 4 – 1st Grade) We long for each preschooler to graduate to elementary knowing these three main truths… “God loves me,” “God made me,” and “Jesus wants to be my friend forever.”  Every month, preschoolers will hear a part of God’s Story and then experience it through activities set up through out the room.
  • K – 5th Graders:  (Green Group:  Ages 2nd – 5th Grade) Here, kids will discover how they are a part of God’s Story… and that God has a unique role for them in His story!

We want to keep our kiddos and volunteers healthy!  Please view our Kids’ Community Illness Policy if you’re questioning whether or not your child should participate in Kids’ Community.

This resource is designed to allow your family to have time in God’s Word BEFORE your children attend church. Because God’s plan is for parents to be the primary spiritual nurturers of their children’s faith, we want YOU to be the one to introduce this part of The Big God Story to them.
