Lee is the founding pastor of Threads. He and his wife Kristi have three kids. They also care for one dog, a turtle and some fish.Lee graduated from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, also in Grand Rapids, MI. He is currently in a doctoral leadership program at Indiana Wesleyan University.He is passionate about ice cream, and that people get IT. |

Aaron Goodrich, Missional Life & Student Developer

Prior to joining the Threads staff, Aaron served for four years as a youth director at an Indiana church. He met his beautiful wife, Glori, while working alongside her in the youth ministry. After graduating Bible college, Aaron went on to get his Masters in counseling from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. Aaron is a Michigan fan and Glori is a Notre Dame fan, which is part of his motivation for becoming a licensed counselor! He loves anything adventurous – such as mountain biking, (ok… it’s more like trail riding in Michigan), tennis and skiing. |

Esther is married to the world renowned rock star, Willis Bouwman, and they have a son named Shane and daughter named Kahlan. Esther graduated from KVCC and worked in the insurance industry prior to joining the Thread’s Staff. Growing up she was the oldest in a family of 8 kids. She’s excited to be part of a community that’s passionate about families. |

Willis is married to the love of his life Esther Bouwman, and has a son Shane who could very well be the next major rock star. Willis’s biggest fan is a cute little daughter named Kahlan, who can melt his heart in an instant. In addition to teaching guitar lessons and biking, Willis is a true gamer at heart. Playing both board games and video games, he always welcomes a challenge. Bring it on! |
