This is an open show for our wonderful creative types! All goods must be HANDMADE. Those selling commercial products need not apply. Cost is $25.00/vendor space.
Fee covers space rental, building clean-up and advertising costs. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope containing a check payable to Threads Church. Your acceptance and location will be returned to you within 30 days of receipt.
Map included for vendor booth locations. Some booths have access to electricity, some do not. Indicate if you need electricity in your request. First come, first served.
You must provide your own tables, chairs and display items. Tables must be covered to the floor. Your booth will need a person in attendance the full day. A vendor booth may display items vertically, but may not block another vendor’s booth. Items may not be attached to the walls of the church. If you pack up the booth early, next year’s application may not be considered.
Food may be sold in designated areas only.
Set up on the day of the sale will begin at 8:00 a.m. Failure to set up by 9:00 will forfeit booth, and it will be assigned to a vendor on the waiting list.
